01 / The challenge
Waste can become so familiar that its environmental consequences disappear from view. This academic brief addresses awareness of waste and recycling.
02 / The idea
Use fear as an attention device, then redirect that attention towards the environmental consequences of what we throw away.
Creative rationale
The concept connects the emotional language of a scare with an everyday behaviour. Its central creative decision is to make rubbish feel consequential rather than invisible.
03 / The execution
A campaign film presenting the recycling-awareness concept.
04 / My contribution
I worked with Max on the creative idea and its execution, organised the division of tasks, performed in the film and edited the video.
Project credits: Derek Niedbalski, Max Langevin.
05 / The final work
A student campaign film that uses a scare to draw attention to waste and recycling.
